BonikBiz is where shoppers buy from verified stores and sellers run commerce plus (when unlocked) Business Suite back-office. This page is the top-level Help entry — pick your role, then open the matching category.

Who this is for

Buyers — Marketplace shopping and Account orders.
Sellers — storefront, products, orders, POS (Point of Sale), then Business Suite as you grow.
Admins / business users — Store → Business Suite modules (plan-gated; confirm on Store → Billing).

I am a buyer

Marketplace
  → Create account
  → Browse products

  → COD / online payment
  → Receive order

Buy from verified stores.
Pay with COD (Cash on Delivery) or online payment when enabled.
Track orders under Account → Orders; leave reviews when available.

Key distinctions (do not mix these up)

Staff      = login / dashboard access
HR         = people / employee record (payroll)
Branch     = outlet / organization (Enterprise)
Warehouse  = stock location
Storefront = customer-facing online store

Staff ≠ HR employee — login users are not automatically payroll people.
Branch ≠ Warehouse — outlet org vs where goods sit.
Financial ledger (Journal) ≠ Inventory ledger (Stock movement) — money and quantity stay separate, then meet through purchase/sale workflows.

Default purchase flow (Flow A)

Canonical (goods first)
  Supplier → PO → GRN → stock movement + sellable quantity
         → Supplier bill → AP → payment → cash/bank down

Exception (bill posts receive)
  PO → Supplier bill → stock + qtyReceived
  → do NOT GRN the same qty again

Physical goods first → use GRN. Bill-first without GRN already posts receive — that path is the exception, not the default.
