By accessing or using BonikBiz (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it as needed. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create a seller account.

3. Sellers & stores

• Sellers are solely responsible for their products, listings, pricing, and order fulfillment.
• Products must comply with all applicable laws and must not be counterfeit, illegal, or prohibited.
• Sellers must honor published prices, shipping, and return policies.

4. Buyers

Buyers agree to provide accurate order and payment information and to use the Services only for lawful purposes. Orders are a contract between the buyer and the selling store.

5. Payments & fees

Applicable subscription and transaction fees are described at signup and may change with notice. Payments are processed by third-party providers subject to their terms.

6. Prohibited conduct

• Violating any law or third-party rights;
• Uploading malware or attempting to disrupt the Services;
• Fraud, abuse, or manipulation of reviews, ratings, or listings.

7. Intellectual property

The Services, including all software, design, and content we provide, are owned by BonikBiz and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you upload but grant us a license to host and display it as needed to operate the Services.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services for violations of these Terms or applicable law. You may stop using the Services at any time.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BonikBiz is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
