Complete payment with the methods available at checkout. Check order/payment status before paying again for the same order.
Use COD or online payment when enabled. Fix common payment issues without double-paying.
Payment methods
COD (Cash on Delivery) → pay when the order arrives Online payment → card / local wallets via gateway (SSLCOMMERZ when enabled) Other → only if shown at checkout
Availability depends on what the store and platform enable for that checkout.
Common issues
- Payment session expired (~30 minutes) — start checkout again for a new session.
- Paid but confirmation delayed — wait a few minutes; check Account → Orders; refresh or email.
- Status not updating — open Account → Orders; contact Support with your order number if it stays pending.
- Online payment failed — try another method or retry later.
ਨੋਟ: Before paying again for the same order, confirm the previous payment status. Never share OTPs or card PINs with anyone claiming to be support. COD = Cash on Delivery · OTP = one-time password.
