Add items from one store to the cart, checkout with address and payment, then track under Account → Orders.
Follow the order flow below. Keep the confirmation page or QR after you place the order.
Order flow
Product → Add to Cart → Cart Review → Checkout (details may be prefilled) → Place Order → Order Confirmation → Track Order
What you can do
- Review cart and change quantity.
- Checkout fills name, phone, and address from your account or last order on this device when available.
- Optionally apply a coupon, then choose COD or Pay online (only one method is shown when the store offers one).
- Agree to Terms, Privacy, and Return and Refund Policy (required checkbox; each link opens the full page).
- View confirmation and confirmation QR.
- Open Account → Orders for history and status.
- If you close the browser after online pay, the order can still update via webhook — refresh later or check email.
Delivery guidance
Store pages often show: Inside Dhaka within 5 days, Outside Dhaka within 10 days. Exact courier timing still varies by seller.
