Shipping and courier setup
Connect a delivery company (Steadfast, Pathao, RedX, or your own), set delivery fees, and create parcels from orders.

A courier is the delivery company that picks up parcels and takes them to customers. BonikBiz helps you connect that company and create shipments from orders. COD (Cash on Delivery) means the customer pays cash to the courier when the parcel arrives. BonikBiz is not the courier — it is the switchboard between your orders and the courier.
What you need
- Starter or above for order shipping.
- Common options: Steadfast, Pathao, RedX, Own Delivery (and others shown in setup).
- You can connect automatically, ask BonikBiz for assisted setup, or enter tracking numbers by hand.
Simple example: An order is confirmed for Uttara. You open the order → Ship with courier → Pathao. The parcel is created with the customer address. If you booked Pathao outside BonikBiz, type the tracking number manually instead.
Connect a courier (first time)
- Open Store → Settings → Shipping (or Store → Shipping).
- Add a courier and say whether you already have a merchant account with them.
- Choose automatic connect when offered; otherwise request assisted setup or use manual mode.
- Enter where parcels are picked up and your delivery fees (Inside Dhaka / Outside Dhaka / remote, as shown).
- Turn on COD if that courier supports cash collection; pick a default courier if you use more than one.
- Save, then try one test shipment from a real order.
Ship from an order
- Open Store → Orders → the order.
- Use Ship with courier to send details to your connected agency.
- Or enter a tracking number if you booked the parcel yourself.
- Update the order status as the parcel moves (processing → shipped → delivered).
