Store notifications
Get alerts for new orders and low stock — and control which alerts you want.

Notifications are short alerts about your store. The inbox (Store → Notifications) lists recent alerts. Settings → Notifications lets you turn types on or off (new orders, low stock, daily/weekly summary on commerce plans). SLA means a service target — for orders, try to reply within about 24 hours when you can.
What you need
- Inbox works for store accounts.
- Order and stock toggles need Starter+ features active on Billing.
Simple example: Turn on “new orders” so your phone/inbox tells you when someone pays. Turn off weekly summary if you already check Analytics every day.
What you can do
- Open Store → Notifications for the latest alerts.
- In Settings → Notifications, enable only what you will act on.
- Answer new orders quickly (see Orders help).
