Pricing, promotions, and sales growth

Show discounts, run coupons, and pair products so shoppers buy more — cross-sell, upsell, bundles, and abandoned carts.

Percorso: Store → Marketing

Definizione

Marketing tools help you attract buyers and raise average order value. A coupon is a code shoppers type at checkout (for example SAVE50). Cross-sell suggests related add-ons (“complete your look”). Upsell offers a better version. A bundle sells several products together at a lower combined price. An abandoned cart is a shopper who added items but left before paying. Always keep enough stock for the deal you advertise.

Simple example: Mark a shirt “was ৳1,200 / now ৳999”, create coupon WELCOME10, and pair socks with shoes as cross-sell. Check Store → Billing to see which Marketing tools your plan includes.

What you can do

  • Show a clear discount (compare-at price = “was” price next to the selling price).
  • Create coupons under Store → Marketing when your plan allows.
  • Set related products, cross-sell, upsell, and frequently-bought-together on each product.
  • Create a product bundle priced below the catalog total so shoppers save when they buy together.
  • Review abandoned carts (Starter+) — recovery emails/SMS come in a later phase.
  • Set limits (how many times a code can be used) so one person cannot abuse the offer.
  • Keep offers honest and stock-backed — do not advertise what you cannot fulfill.
  • For Facebook/Instagram ads tracking, connect Meta Pixel (Starter+) under Settings → Ads & Retargeting — see Meta Pixel help.
Nota: Lite: related products on the storefront. Starter+: cross-sell, upsell, bundles, coupons, abandoned-cart list. Growth+: automatic “frequently bought together” from order history when you have not pinned items. Next: Meta Pixel · Analytics · Growth tips.
