Customers are shoppers who placed an order in your online shop or at POS (Starter+). Use this list to call or message them again. This is not the same as Parties (Business Suite supplier/customer directory for bills) or Staff (people who log into your dashboard).
What you need
- Starter or above for the Customers menu.
- Parties (back-office contacts): see Business Suite → Core concepts when unlocked.
Simple example: Fatima ordered twice. Open Store → Customers → Fatima to see her orders, then WhatsApp her about a new color.
What you can do
- Browse customers and open one to see recent orders.
- Use contact details from the order to follow up.
- Do not mix this up with Staff (logins) or HR / Parties (ops directories).
