Lite is free forever: your public shop page, product list, search-friendly links, store QR, and Contact Seller buttons. A lead means a customer who reaches out (call, WhatsApp, Messenger, or email) instead of paying inside BonikBiz. Starter and above add cart, checkout, orders, payments, and POS (Point of Sale = counter/billing for walk-in customers).
Which plan?
- Lite — showcase products + Contact Seller; no online cart or order desk.
- Starter and above — cart, checkout, orders, POS, stock tracking, Meta Pixel.
- Always confirm on Store → Billing.
Simple example: You sell jewelry on Lite. A customer scans your QR, opens a necklace page, taps WhatsApp, and asks price/size. You chat and close the sale offline. When ready for automatic orders and payments, upgrade to Starter.
Set up Contact Seller
- Open Store → Settings → Contact (and Social if you use Messenger).
- Add phone (for Call / copy), WhatsApp number, Messenger link, and email.
- Save. Open your shop (/shop/{slug}) — on Lite you see Contact Seller instead of Add to cart.
- Share your link or Store → QR so customers can find you.
When to upgrade
- You want customers to pay and place orders on your shop.
- You need POS for walk-in sales with automatic stock updates.
- You want Meta Pixel for Facebook/Instagram ads tracking (Starter+).
