Billing, payouts, and settlement
Your plan, invoices, how online payments settle, and what features are turned on.

व्याख्या
Billing is where you see your subscription plan (Lite, Starter, Growth, and so on) and invoices. Settlement means how money from online payments moves to you through the payment gateway. COD (Cash on Delivery) means the customer pays the courier when the parcel arrives — that cash is not the same as gateway settlement.
Simple rule: if a menu is missing, open Store → Billing first. The plan on that page is the source of truth for what your store can use today.
What you can do
- See your current plan and which features it includes.
- Upgrade to Starter+ from this page and pay with SSLCOMMERZ; the plan unlocks after the gateway confirms.
- Shopper Pay online on a storefront is allowed per store by Super Admin (Stores → store → Allow online pay).
- Download invoices, cancel, or resume when available.
- Understand gateway settlement for online card/wallet payments.
- Know the difference between COD collections and online payouts.
- Contact Support with order or settlement IDs if a payment looks stuck.
टीप: Keep the subscription current so past_due limits do not lock features. COD = Cash on Delivery.
