AI (Artificial Intelligence) here means BonikBiz writing help. From a product name it can draft a description and SEO title/description (the short text search engines show). The dashboard chat can explain features. AI can be wrong — always check prices, facts, and stock yourself. Plan limits apply.
Plan notes
- Lite — limited AI.
- Starter+ — product description generation (and other tools listed on Billing).
- Higher plans — extra AI SEO / marketing tools when shown on Billing.
Simple example: Product name “Kids cotton T-shirt — blue”. Click Generate with AI, then edit the draft so size chart and fabric details match what you really sell.
Product description & SEO
- Open Store → Products → Add or Edit.
- Type a clear product name first.
- Click Generate with AI when offered.
- Edit the text, then save.
Dashboard chat
- Ask how a BonikBiz feature works.
- For billing problems or bugs, use Store → Support — chat is guidance, not a support ticket.
