Business Suite is BonikBiz’s back-office for running the business behind the storefront: purchasing, inventory, accounting, banking, expenses, warehouse, production, HR (Human Resources), payroll, and (on Enterprise) branches.
Plans (Billing names)
- Starter — purchases and inventory.
- Growth — accounting (books), banking, expenses.
- Professional — warehouse, production, and related ops.
- Business Suite — the billing plan that unlocks HR (Human Resources) and payroll (same name as this Help section; check Store → Billing).
- Enterprise — multi-branch / multi-outlet.
- Source of truth for what you can use today: Store → Billing (plan name and active capabilities).

Business Suite vs commerce
- Commerce = customer-facing selling: storefront, marketplace, orders, and POS (Point of Sale). Documented under Seller Help.
- Business Suite = back-office operations: buy stock, count inventory, keep books, move goods between warehouses, run HR/payroll, and (Enterprise) manage branches.
- Most stores start with commerce; Business Suite modules unlock as you need ops and books—not a separate product login.

Plan names above match Store → Billing (Lite is commerce catalog-only; Starter+ starts paid commerce and the first Business Suite modules).
“Business Suite” is both this Help category and a billing plan name. When Help says “Business Suite plan”, it means the plan labeled Business Suite on Billing—not “any back-office screen.”

How to verify what you have
- Open Store → Billing.
- Confirm the current plan name (Starter, Growth, Professional, Business Suite, or Enterprise).
- If a menu is missing, upgrade or wait for the period change—do not assume Help unlocks features by itself.
