Definice
Fixed assets are things the business owns and uses (sewing machine, fridge, delivery bike) — not items you sell to customers. Inventory/Warehouse tracks sellable stock. Assets tracks owned equipment. Status can be active, under maintenance, or disposed (sold/scrapped).
What you need
- Professional+ when Assets appears under Store.
- Branch assignment when Enterprise Branches is unlocked.
Simple example: Asset “Overlock machine #3”, cost ৳45,000, status active. If it breaks, set under maintenance. If you sell it, set disposed.
What you can do
- Add an asset with name and purchase details when the form shows them.
- Update status: active / under maintenance / disposed.
- Check dashboard totals when available.
- Assign a branch if you run multiple outlets.
Poznámka: Products you sell stay in Inventory — do not register merchandise as fixed assets.
